National Asphalt Maintenance ("we," "us") operates nationalasphaltmaintenance.com. We are a contractor-matching and lead-generation service that connects homeowners and commercial property owners with independent local asphalt contractors. We do not perform asphalt work ourselves.

When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, company, phone number, email address, property address, city and state, details about your driveway or parking lot, your service needs and timeline, any photos you upload, and your message. We also record your consent to be contacted and the time it was given.

We may automatically collect limited technical information such as the page you submitted from and the source that referred you (for example, a search engine or ad campaign), to understand where requests come from.

How we use your information

We use your information to contact you about your request, to connect you with one or more local contractors who can provide a quote, to respond to your questions, to operate and improve our service, and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share your information with contractors

The core purpose of our service is to share your request with independent local contractors so they can contact you with a quote. By submitting a request, you understand that your contact details and project information will be shared with one or more contractors in our network for this purpose. Those contractors are independent businesses with their own privacy practices.

Contact consent

When you submit a customer quote form, you check a consent box agreeing to be contacted by us and a local contractor by phone, text, or email — including via automated technology — about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply. We store the consent wording and timestamp with your request.

Your choices and opt-out

You can opt out of contact at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling a caller to stop contacting you, or emailing us at leads@nationalasphaltmaintenance.com. We honor opt-out requests across phone, text, and email within ten (10) business days. You may also request that we delete the information we hold about you, subject to legal requirements.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to host the site, process and store form submissions, deliver notifications, and protect against spam (for example, our hosting and form platform and reCAPTCHA). These providers process information on our behalf.

Data retention

We retain lead information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Children's privacy

Our service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
