Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using nationalasphaltmaintenance.com (the "Site") and our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What we do

National Asphalt Maintenance is a contractor-matching and lead-generation service. We connect homeowners and commercial property owners with independent local asphalt contractors. We do not perform asphalt work, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.

No guarantee; independent contractors

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. While we apply a lightweight vetting step at onboarding, we do not employ, supervise, guarantee, or warrant any contractor's work, pricing, licensing, insurance, timeliness, or conduct. You are responsible for evaluating any contractor and for the terms of any agreement you enter into with them. Any dispute regarding work performed is between you and the contractor.

Quotes and requests

Requesting a quote is free and creates no obligation to hire. Any pricing discussed is set by the contractor, not by us. We do not control whether or how quickly a contractor responds.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site lawfully, and not to submit requests on behalf of others without their permission. You confirm that any phone number you provide is one you are authorized to use and at which you consent to be contacted.

Contractor applications

If you apply to join our contractor network, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you hold any insurance and licensing you claim. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion and may remove contractors from the network at any time.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, branding, and design are owned by National Asphalt Maintenance or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Cost figures, calculators, and guides on the Site are general estimates for educational purposes only and are not quotes or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, National Asphalt Maintenance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any work performed by a contractor, arising out of your use of the Site or service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
